Again, works with red/blue glasses or other anaglyph glasses and it should work with any 3D capable monitor(adjust settings in the 3D menu on the youtube flash player). Nothing great, just another test. The 3D effect is somewhat broken when the whole object is not in frame. Gives a slight sense of depth though. Just for anyone interested. This is a Dragerwerk ABC hood of the type that was supplied in the late 80s-90s; seldom used. Would have been a part of NBC ensemble worn by Luftwaffe Tornado aircrews. It's not a respirator, but rather just a chemical hood to fit over the HGU-55/G helmet. The skirting is a butyl type rubberized material. The dome of the helmet is some type of clear polycarbonate. It appears to be black, but that is only the leather MC-3 helmet underneath(I don't have an HGU-55 type helmet, so I'm using it as a placeholder). The HGU-55/G visor housing would be removed while wearing this hood. The hood would have been used with the Luftwaffe variant of the MBU-5/P half face oxygen mask. The hose entering the back of the hood is for demisting the main lens. Both this demisting hose and the MBU-5/P oxygen mask would be used along with a filter/blower assembly (which I don't have).
